• The bottle must not be damaged

• The product must be returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Clear photos of the product showing the remaining quantity

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
